High-Temperature and Pressure-Resistant Composite Insulator for Logging Instruments
This product includes high-temperature, pressure-resistant, and wear-resistant composite insulators that are also corrosion-resistant to media such as hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and carbon dioxide (CO₂), as well as vacuum-impregnated wound composite insulators for high-pressure, high-temperature applications.
Chinese Name: 石油测井仪器专用高温承压复合材料绝缘体
Maximum Temperature: 175°C (up to 240°C)
Insulation Resistance: ≥ 500 MΩ
Pressure Resistance: 140 MPa (up to 170 MPa)
High-Temperature and Pressure-Resistant Molded Composite Insulating Tube
The molded composite insulating tube, designed specifically for oilfield logging instruments, is produced using traditional pultrusion technology. It incorporates high-temperature and high-strength fiberglass impregnated with high-performance epoxy resin, curing agent, and nanomaterials. The mixture is cured under vacuum within a mold.
Product Features:
Designed specifically for logging instruments requiring thermal resistance and high pressure insulation.
The inner and outer surfaces achieve a roughness of ≤ Ra 1.6, significantly reducing subsequent machining requirements.
Vacuum-Impregnated Wound High-Temperature Composite Insulating Tube
Product Features:
1.Vacuum Resin Impregnation Process: The entire process is performed under vacuum to ensure high material density, excellent air tightness, and outstanding electrical insulation performance.
2.Imported Raw Materials: All materials used are imported, guaranteeing superior internal quality and performance indicators exceeding domestic industry standards.
3.Nano Anti-Wear Additives: Incorporated into the high-temperature resin to ensure long-lasting surface durability during direct contact with borehole walls, effectively extending the service life of logging tools.
4.Stable Under Extreme Conditions: Under test conditions of 240°C and 140 MPa, performance indicators remain stable, with virtually no degradation at 175°C. Fully meets harsh oilfield application requirements.
5.Strong Acid and Corrosion Resistance: Manufactured using corrosion-resistant materials that withstand high-temperature and acidic downhole environments (e.g., H₂S, SO₂), ensuring long-term performance and reliability. This material fully replaces comparable imported products.
6.Excellent Machinability: Can withstand turning, milling, planing, grinding, drilling, and threading without delamination, chipping, cracking, or wrinkling. The surface finish complies with industrial machining standards.
Technical Specifications
Density: ≥ specified g/cm³ (value can be inserted based on test results)
Water Absorption: ≤ 0.1%
Corrosion Resistance: After immersion in 1N nitric acid for 100 hours, the material surface shows no cracking, blistering, or corrosion.
At 200°C: Insulation resistance ≥ 300 MΩ, no abnormal surface appearance
