The scale water tank in the While Drilling Nuclear Well Logging Instrument Detector Detection Device provides a water environment for instrument calibration. It includes an internal scale module base, scale modules, and is equipped with an intake pump, outlet valve, shielding plate, foot pads, and other structures.

The resistivity calibration device platform included has the following specific requirements:

1.Material Requirements: All materials must be high-temperature pressure-resistant special composite materials, with no metallic materials allowed.

2.Platform Minimum Load Capacity: The platform must support a minimum weight of 3 tons, with a flat, anti-slip surface.

3.Platform Dimensions: The platform's net height is 4.2 meters, with a length and width of 3.6 x 3.6 meters. The width of the staircase is 1 meter.

4.Platform Columns, Support Legs, Staircase, and Guardrails: Made of high-temperature pressure-resistant special composite materials in different specifications, ensuring structural integrity and load-bearing capacity to meet safety requirements.

5.Staircase and Guardrail Design: The staircase and guardrails are designed as shown in the diagram (see effect diagram), and the structure is implemented according to national standards.

6.Platform Guardrail Height: The height of the guardrail is 1 meter, and its strength meets the protection requirements.

7.Platform Access Door: The structure and materials of the platform drill pipe entrance and exit door are consistent with the guardrail design.
