Yongxing Technology Group Successfully Holds Grand Technology Conference

On June 10, 2017, the Yongxing Technology Group 2017 Annual Technology Conference was held ceremoniously in the second-floor conference hall of the company. Subsidiaries including Shaanxi Taporel Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Taporel Electrical), and Xi’an Weishi Transmission and Distribution Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Weishi Transmission & Distribution), along with technical staff and related leaders, attended the meeting.

The conference began with an important speech by Chairman Mr. Wu, who emphasized that the theme of the conference was: “Advocate Technological Innovation; With a Scientific Attitude and Enthusiastic Spirit, Realize Another Leap Forward for the Group.” He noted that since its establishment 20 years ago, Taporel Electrical has consistently earned industry-wide recognition and praise for its brand value, product quality, and service attitude. This is because we have always moved forward through technological innovation—not only valuing advancements in technology and processes but also placing great emphasis on service innovation. The later establishment of Weishi Transmission & Distribution was also a result of our ongoing innovation in the power industry and polymer composite materials.

Innovation is the source and driving force of enterprise development. We focus on three types of innovation:

1. Innovation in Thinking: As R&D personnel, we must maintain a childlike curiosity and a strong thirst for knowledge. Through constant exploration, reflection, and verification, we can drive forward.

2. Product Innovation: Technical innovation in products is the lifeblood of an enterprise. We must learn from advanced design concepts across the industry, boldly innovate, continuously update our offerings, and strive for ongoing improvement.

3. Personnel Innovation: We aim to recruit skilled and learning-oriented technical talent. The company must provide a supportive work environment and learning opportunities. Additionally, a sound incentive mechanism should be established to motivate innovation and ensure mutual benefit between the company and its employees during the innovation process.

The conference was hosted by Group Assistant General Manager Ms. Yang Ningfang, who also announced the release of the newly formulated “Patent Technology Management and Scientific Achievement Reward Policy.”

Yongxing Technology’s RICH Well Logging Instrument Division is primarily engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of petroleum logging instruments. It has obtained several national invention patents for its high-temperature pressure-resistant composite insulators (rated at 230°C and 175 MPa). The division is currently a major partner in logging instrument development for China’s three major oil companies: CNPC (CPL), Sinopec, and CNOOC (COSL).
