This product features corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and protection against harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and carbon dioxide (CO₂). The tool is self-pressure-containing and requires no oil filling, eliminating the need for pressure-compensating pistons or bladders. This design removes the hassle of frequent oil replenishment typical in conventional electrode arrays, ensuring maintenance-free operation.

This product is manufactured using high-strength precipitation-hardening stainless steel (17-4PH), providing excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion in standard well logging operations. The main body features high-temperature-resistant insulation at both ends, while the measurement ring is made of lead (BP) metal for highly accurate data acquisition.

The upper and lower connectors, plugs, and electrode spacing of this insulating joint/isolator can be customized according to customer requirements. Various materials are used based on different technical parameter specifications to meet customer needs.
